Our radiologists and technologists are committed to enhancing women’s healthcare in our community. Our training and years of experience have equipped us with the knowledge we need to provide exceptional care from imaging to diagnosis.

Kelly McAleese, MD
Dr. Kelly McAleese is the Founder and Medical Director of The Women's Imaging Center for the past thirty years to a career in Women's Health. After obtaining a Bachelor of Science from Stanford, Dr. McAleese completed her Doctorate of Medicine at Dartmouth Medical School and her Residency in Radiology at The University of Arizona. Upon completing her diagnostic training, Dr. McAleese developed one of the first Women's Imaging Fellowship Programs in the country at CU, after which she founded The Women's Imaging Center.
Timothy Colt, MD
Dr. Colt received his Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Texas, San Antonio. He trained in Diagnostic Radiology at the University of California, Davis, and completed a year of advanced training as the Breast Imaging Fellow at Stanford University Medical Center. For twelve years he served as the Medical Director of a breast imaging center in California. A Colorado native, Dr. Colt is glad to be back home.
Barbara Jaeger, MD
Dr. Barbara Jaeger received her M.D. at the University of Florida College of Medicine and completed her residency in Diagnostic Radiology and fellowship in Women’s Imaging and Cross-Sectional Imaging at the University of Maryland Medical System. Dr. Jaeger has devoted her career for 25 years to Women’s Imaging. She served as the medical director for multiple Women’s Imaging centers in Maryland and was recognized as a “Top Doctor in Women’s Imaging” by Baltimore Magazine and a recipient of the Patient’s Choice Award. We are so excited to have Dr. Jaeger join The Women’s Imaging Center.
John Lewin, MD
Dr. Lewin received his M.D. at Harvard Medical School and completed his residency and fellowship here at the University of Colorado, where he served as a faculty member for 10 years. During that time he performed pioneering clinical research on the then-new technology of digital mammography and developed a new technique, contrast-enhanced digital mammography, which is now a commercial product. We are excited that Dr. Lewin has joined The Women's Imaging Center.
